1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of eSIM data plans on datiovunque.it. Your order confirms that you have read them and agree to them. No other terms apply, and customer terms that differ will not be recognised.

3. Conclusion of the contract
Our website displays eSIM plans as an invitation to make an offer, not as a binding offer. Your order is the binding offer to buy. The contract comes into being once we confirm the order, which we do by emailing you the QR code.
4. Description of the service
What Datiovunque sells is digital eSIM data plans, meant for using mobile data when you are abroad. After purchase you receive a QR code by email for installing the eSIM on a compatible device. Within the destination country the eSIM delivers a data connection according to what the plan specifies: the data allowance, how long it is valid and which countries it covers. How fast and how available the network really is is down to the local network operator, and Datiovunque cannot guarantee either.
5. Prices and payment
Every price on the website is a final price that already includes any VAT that applies. Shipping and activation carry no extra charge. Payment is due when you place the order, using the methods offered on the site (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and the charge follows immediately after the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
eSIM data plans are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which is why the following provisions apply. Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without stating any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: the right lapses once the eSIM has been activated, i.e. a data connection has been established and data has been used. By activating the eSIM you agree to the contract being carried out and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal. Unactivated eSIMs may be refunded up to 30 days after purchase. Contact us at contatto@datiovunque.it, quoting your order number. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for instance by email, at contatto@datiovunque.it.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. Where negligence is slight, our liability is confined to violations of essential contractual duties and to the foreseeable loss typical of this kind of contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health is unaffected. We are not liable for any of the following: - Whether the mobile data connection is available, how fast it is and its quality, all of which the local network operator provides - Problems of compatibility with the customer's device - Damage resulting from installation or configuration errors by the customer
8. Final provisions
If any single provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid. Consumers remain subject to the law of the State where they habitually reside, to the extent that it provides mandatory consumer protection rules. The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
